Mobile App Instructions:
There is a NEW conference app for the 2019 NCCCMA Winter Seminar. If you are planning to attend the 2019 Winter Seminar, it is recommended that you first delete the older version of the app, “NCCCMA Event”, from your mobile device and then go to Apple iTunes or the Google Play Store and search for “attendify” and download the attendify app. Once the app is downloaded, search for “NCCCMA 2019 Winter Seminar” and select “join”. You will then be asked to enter your email address and to create a password. Once you are inside the 2019 NCCCMA Winter Seminar app, you will be able to access the seminar schedule, speakers, sponsors. 
Also, you may view the conference app from any Microsoft device (smartphone or tablet) or computer by clicking using the following link: www.NCCCMAEvent.org
 
The app contains the full schedule, speaker information, vendor information, parking map, Benton Convention Center map, Marriott Hotel map, downtown map, and restaurant map!
 
There will be a printed one-page summary agenda at the conference for your reference. All other material will be available on the 2019 NCCCMA Seminar app and also posted online at http://www.ncmanagers.org.
 
Business l-40 Closed
We have received confirmation that Business l-40 will be closing starting November 11, 2018 for approximately 24 months.
 
Business l-40 will close between US 52 and Peters Creek Parkway beginning at 8AM on November 11. This website includes links for detours and signs will be posted at detour routes along Business l-40 leading folks downtown.
 
NCDOT has partnered with WAZE to share real-time traffic information and advises drivers to use the WAZE app. We recommend that you download the app before you leave for the conference to help navigate the area.
