In an effort to
begin implementation of the Strategic Plan, the
2003-04 NCCCMA Executive Committee restructured
NCCCMA’s committees to reflect the four goals of
the Association as outlined in the Strategic
Plan. Four Standing Committees have been
established consistent with the plan’s goals.
Each standing committee will have one chair and
two vice-chairs, who are selected by the
President. Also, each standing committee has at
least three sub-committees to handle some of the
specific responsibilities of the committee. It
is the responsibility of each standing committee
to develop and prepare recommended “strategies”
in pursuit of that committee’s primary goal.
