Click the “Register” button at the top right corner of the website or click the “Haven’t registered yet” link in the sidebar at right under the “Sign In” menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage or any page to access the “Sign In” menu.
Select the proper membership tier from the selection list.
Click the “Continue” button.
Create a username, password, and enter a valid email address.
Review the terms of the membership you selected. If you agree, click the “Accept this membership and continue” button.
Fill out all fields that apply. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk: *.
Enter billing information if it is different from previous contact information.
Select and input your method of payment.
Click the “Submit Securely” button to finish registering.
If desired, use the “View Invoice/Receipt” button above your confirmation message to save or print your invoice for your records.
Under the “Sign In” menu in the sidebar at right, or at the bottom of your browser page on mobile, click the “Forgot your password?” link.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
To pay by mail:
Make checks payable to (name).
Mail check to:
(recipient) c/o (recipient 2) Address
City, State, Zip
To pay online:
Log in to ncmanagers.org.
If your account is up for renewal, you will be automatically redirected to provide payment information to complete your login attempt.
If your account access is about to be suspended, you will receive a prompt upon logging in that includes a link to renew.
If you do not currently have an account, please complete the registration process outlined in question #1 of this FAQ.

After logging in, click your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click on “Invoices” in the dropdown menu.
Click on “Membership” in the list of tabs that appears.
If it is time to renew your membership, click the “Upgrade your membership” link.
Log in to ncmanagers.org.
After logging in, click your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click on “Invoices” in the dropdown menu.
Use the “Status” dropdown filter to narrow your search.

You can find the directory after you have logged into the community.
Click the Login button at the very top of the website or the login box that is located both on the homepage and in the sidebar on every page:https://www.ncmanagers.org
Click the “Directory” button in the main community menu. See the following image.
If you want to search the entire directory then just click on the “Search” button.
If you want to search for a specific person then type in the name of the individual as shown in the following image.
Then click on the “Search” button to start the search through the directory.
If you want to search for an entire group then select that group from then drop down; as shown in the following image.
Then click on the “Search” button to start the search through the directory.
If you want to search by a members location you can do that in this field; please see the following image.
Then click on the “Search” button to start the search through the directory.
For the advanced search you must select from the “Member Type” field first. If you are unsure of what to select then just click on the “All” option.
Then click on the “Continue” button to continue onto the second page of the advanced search.
On this page of the advanced search you can select as many different filters that you want to use in filtering down your search.
Then click on the “Search” button to start the search through the directory.
