The North Carolina City and County Management Association (NCCCMA) has adopted the Code of Ethics of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) by reference in the NCCCMA Constitution. All members of NCCCMA agree to abide by the ICMA/NCCCMA Code of Ethics. The ICMA Code of Ethics is available at icma.org. Read the ICMA Code of Ethics. In June 2021, NCCCMA adopted rules governing procedures for enforcing the ICMA Code of Ethics as adopted by the NCCCMA membership. Access the Rules of Procedure for Enforcement (pdf). |
